Opening Times:

The museum is open most Saturdays and weekdays during the Spring, Summer, and Fall, and by appointment in the Winter. 

Admissions:

There is a $6.00 fee to tour the museum and, as Paul likes to say, "You ain't seen nothing like it!"

Description:

Highlights of the Collection: Collected by curator Paul Mikkelson of the Mikkelson Collection, Inc. A rotating collection of over 25 fully restored, water ready boats. Boondoggle, reputed to be the only single cockpit inboard Larson Falls Flyer Speedster ever built. Both split-cockpit inboard Falls Flyers known to exist are owned by the museum. One of two 21’ Deluxe Inboard Falls Flyers known to exist. 2 Consecutive serial numbered 1939 Falls Flyer outboards. Over 100 vintage outboard motors, all original or restored, water ready motors. Johnson, Mercury, Evinrude, Scott-Atwater, Elto, Caille, Waterman, Koban, Lockwood-Ash, Wisconsin, Martin, Bendix, Champion, Neptune, Clarke. A unique collection of “hand and foot” powered outboard motors. Over 500 vintage toy boats. Wood, metal, plastic Military, Racing, Sail, R/C, Gas, and Rubber Binder. Over 500 vintage toy outboard motors. Friction, clockwork, electric & steam, gas, wind, and rubber binder powered.
